what does my ticket include?

Tickets include festival access, and one free drink token. A ticket is required even if you're not drinking.

can i buy tickets at the door?

No - if tickets are still available, they can be purchased online only.

how do tokens work?

Tokens are used to purchase food and drinks on site. They can be purchased on site using cash, debit, or credit.

Is this a 19+ event? Do I need to bring ID?

Yes – this event is strictly 19+ (no exceptions) and you must have a valid photo ID to get in.

When is last call?

The festival closes at 11 PM – latest entry is at 10 PM and last call is 10:30 PM.

Can I leave the festival and come back in?

Yes – you will get a wristband upon entry and can come and go as you wish until 10 PM.

Is smoking allowed?

No – smoking or vaping (including cannabis) is not allowed inside the festival grounds. If you wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking section outside of the festival.

can i bring my pets?

Only service animals are allowed into the festival.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept debit, credit and cash. There is an ATM on-site.

disability access?

Our venues have accessible entrances, seating, and washrooms. Please contact us if you need extra assistance.

refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Can I give me ticket to someone else?

Yes – just make sure they bring the ticket and a valid photo ID for entry.

is there seating?

Yes, but seating is limited throughout the festival grounds.

The festival runs rain or shine. We have tents throughout the site to help keep the party going. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing accordingly.

are there non alcoholic drinks?

Yes – some breweries will offer non-alcoholic beers, and other vendors may offer alcohol-free options. An interactive festival map will be posted before the event so attendees can easily find all non-alcoholic options.
