David Mulvie

Chef David Mulvie has built a diverse culinary career that has taken him from restaurants and hotels in Edinburgh and Northern Ireland to the renowned wineries of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, including Mission Hill and Quails’ Gate. His experience spans restaurants, private catering, government, and the private sector, including serving as a personal chef to several Deputy Chiefs of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa. Today, David is Sous Chef at Rogers Centre Ottawa, where he continues to challenge himself creatively and pursue his passion for exceptional food.
